"Passionate about: I’m passionate about solving the breakdown in communication and trust between parents and children, especially in communities vulnerable to risks like irregular migration, drug use, and social instability.\r\n\r\nI’ve seen how silence, misunderstanding, and emotional distance inside families can push young people toward dangerous decisions. That’s why I focus on creating tools, programs, and experiences that rebuild dialogue, strengthen family bonds, and give both parents and youth the space to understand each other.\r\n\r\nFor me, solving this problem isn’t just about awareness—it’s about changing everyday interactions inside the home, because that’s where real prevention starts."

Proudest Achievement

One achievement I’m particularly proud of is founding and leading “For Our Children” (علشان ولادنا), a community initiative focused on strengthening family relationships to protect youth from risks like irregular migration and social instability.\r\n\r\nWhat makes this project meaningful to me is not just the recognition it received—winning first place as the best university social initiative among 27 Egyptian universities and later becoming a national winner in a United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) competition—but the real impact it created.\r\n\r\nWe designed interactive tools and activities that helped parents and children communicate more openly, breaking barriers that often go unaddressed. Seeing families shift from silence to dialogue and from conflict to understanding was a powerful reminder that small, well-designed interventions can create lasting social change.
